The Role
We’re looking for a strong social media specialist with a knack for creativity and the ability to engage and grow multiple target audiences through different forms of content (social media, press releases, blog posts, events, customer collateral, etc.). The ideal candidate will be a storyteller by nature and have proven expertise in crafting compelling and emotional content that engages customers, prospects, and the overall community. You will be responsible for the creation, management, and publication of content across core channels of the business, and are able to balance creativity with organization and process. Strong candidates will have a good understanding of the cloud, as well as data protection and security technologies, to craft clever, accurate, and engaging content.
This is a net-new role with the goal to drive enhanced brand awareness among customers and prospects, and the opportunity to expand how we tell stories across various channels, including social media, the website, and the blog. This role will focus primarily on social media, and will support other content areas as needed.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $135,000 and $189,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
